The art inside the palace was stunning! It’s not one of the most famous landmarks in Rome, but it’s still absolutely beautiful, and this tour really added value to the experience. Can’t recommend it enough

Little known but significant Spada Gallery is housed in the beautiful Renaissance palace in Rome’s historic center. Its private collection includes remarkable paintings from the 16th and 17th centuries, ancient sculptures, and antique furniture.
During our private guided tour, you will walk through the richly decorated halls of the gallery and explore the masterpieces by great Italian artists such as Guido Reni, Titian, Guercino, Rubens, Artemisia Gentileschi, and many others. Our professional guide will provide you with the historical background of the palace and share lesser-known facts and curiosities that inhabit this former residence.
At the end of the tour, you will see the main attraction of the museum, Borromini’s Forced Perspective Gallery. It is a 9-meter-long corridor that seems much longer due to a visual perception trick. This Baroque masterpiece of illusion and a precious collection of paintings will make your visit to Palazzo Spada a memorable experience.
