The Temple of Saturn is one of the oldest temples in Rome, dating back to around 497 BCE. Dedicated to Saturn, the god of agriculture and wealth, it once housed the state treasury (aerarium) and was a symbol of Rome's prosperity. Today, its eight surviving columns are an iconic ruin, offering a glimpse into the grandeur of ancient Roman architecture.
The Teatro di Marcello is an ancient open-air theater in Rome, built during the late Republic and completed under Emperor Augustus around 13 BCE.
